There is barely a single girl out there in the world that wouldn’t like to have her teeth whiter. The first thing that comes to mind is that these days that is not a miracle anymore, to have nice, shiny white teeth, it can be easily achieved at any dentist’s office. That is correct, but what are the consequences? Many people claim, that after they had their teeth whitened, they became much more sensitive, and that is not a nice thing to experience. Taking all that into consideration, we thought that there might be some more natural ways to whiten your teeth. As it turns out, there are at least 3 effective and natural ways to whiten your teeth at home, and we are going to share them with you today.
#1 Baking soda and lemon
You may have already heard about the whitening abilities of baking soda and lemon juice. That is why it only makes sense to use both of them to whiten your teeth at home. If you are afraid that lemon juice is too much for you, you can always substitute it with water. All you need to do is to mix a bit of baking soda with lemon juice (or water) to form a paste, and after that you simply apply it to your teeth and leave for 1(3) minutes, then rinse it off. If you use it regularly, you will observe results in no time.
#2 Strawberries and sea salt
This one sounds both weird and yummy, but it is surely effective. Some people add baking soda to this recipe to make it even more effective, but is it optional, solely strawberries and sea salt will deal with the problem as well. As you may have guessed, you will need to make a paste out of fresh strawberries and some sea salt. Your next move is to apply the paste to your teeth and leave it there for about 5 minutes and then rinse it off.
#3 Coconut oil
Some people say that a coconut oil rinse is what you need to whiten your teeth. In case this one interests you, since it may sound a little weird and gross, we are going to tell you how it works. Early in the morning, right after you get up, but before you brush your teeth, you take a teaspoon of coconut oil and put it in your mouth, continue the procedure you do when you use a regular mouthwash. Spit it out after 10 minutes and continue with your regular brushing procedures.
